Navigating Uncertainty

The only certainty into today’s highly interconnected world is continued uncertainty. Dr. Mansharamani has been exploring the relative capabilities of specialists and generalists in navigating uncertainty. His working thesis at this point is that generalists may be better suited to navigating ambiguous situations. The key, it seems, is to focus on connecting dots rather than to develop them.
